How to Participate in ISRO Space Quiz & Competition International Moon Day 2023

Theme : Lunar Exploration Coordination & Sustainability.



Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO has successfully completed two Moon Missions namely Chandrayaan-1 and Chandrayaan-2. The objectives of these missions are to understand the moon and its environment. The discovery of water Molecules in lunar surface by ISRO’s lunar mission has made remarkable history and open the opportunity for many future moon explorations .
Chandrayaan-3 is a follow-on mission to Chandrayaan-2 to demonstrate end-to-end capability in safe landing and roving on the lunar surface. It consists of Lander and Rover configuration. It will be launched by LVM3 from SDSC SHAR, Sriharikota. The propulsion module will carry the lander and rover configuration till 100 km lunar orbit. The propulsion module has Spectro-polarimetry of Habitable Planet Earth (SHAPE) payload to study the spectral and Polari metric measurements of Earth from the lunar orbit.
The mission objectives of Chandrayaan-3 are:
To demonstrate Safe and Soft Landing on Lunar Surface
To demonstrate Rover roving on the moon and
To conduct in-situ scientific experiments.

ABOUT THE QUIZ:-
Theme : Lunar Exploration Coordination & Sustainability.
There shall be 30 multiple-choice questions.
Each correct answer will carry 2 (two) marks and each incorrect answer will attract 1(one) negative mark.
All questions have to be attempted, and answering has to be completed in 15 min.
The online quiz can be attempted only once by every participant.
The participants scoring 50% marks will be awarded the certificates.

Please submit your original Poster/Painting for competition.
Please Scan your document and upload here.
Only PDF/PNG/JPEG files are allowed to be uploaded into the portal.
The Maximum file size should be less than 1 Mb and you can upload only one file for the competition.
You can change or replace your submission till last date. After last date no further editing or upload will be allowed.
